Steps


  1. Edit your quiz and go to Email notification tab.
  2. Turn on customer email notification. Make sure you are collecting user information for this quiz.
  3. Choose when the email should be sent after a quiz completion.
  4. Customize the email template using the editor. Include dynamic content with shortcodes for personalized information.
  5. Ensure your HTML and CSS codes are correct to avoid any issues with the email's functionality.
  6. Preview email to verify its layout and effectiveness.
  7. After finalizing your customizations, save the changes to activate the customer emails.
  8. If needed, use the "Reset" button to return to the original template.
  9. Regularly assess how these emails affect customer engagement, cart abandonment rates, and overall sales.
